We use third-party services for analytics and payment and delivery, who maintain their own privacy policies, and may use data they collect for marketing services. We make no warranties on the use of personal data by third-party services.

You may opt out of us sending you marketing messages at any time by selecting the opt-out links on any marketing message you receive OR by emailing us at support@porterqi.com at any time.

Opting out of marketing communications does not apply to our collection of personal data because of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.

Disclosures of your personal data

We may be required to share your personal data with the following parties as part of our legitimate business interests:

  • IT and system administration service providers
  • Payment servicers, lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers
  • Government bodies 
  • Third parties to whom we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.

We will notify you and any applicable regulator if a data breach is suspected if we are legally required to.

Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for a sufficient time to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, which includes satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

For legal purposes, basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) is required to be maintained for six years after they stop being customers.

Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely without further notice to you.

We try to respond to legitimate requests within 90 days. Occasionally it may take us longer than 90 days if your requests are particularly complex. In this case, we will notify you.
